Time for a little bit of a different look as to what happened at the movies last week.  To recap, I got a call from Jenn letting me know that there was a couple lighting up in the theatre she was in.  Well… that’s a pretty bad idea in the first place.  Do you really want the be the one to cause a fire in the theatre?  They probably weren’t thinking about that, but I was personally looking forward to kickin em out!  I don’t know why, that gives me some satisfaction getting troublemakers out of there. Wasted watching, big no-no.

I went to see Stepbrothers the other day, fully intent on bringing a juicy review back to the blogosphere. However, instead, I bring you, (dun dun dunnnnnnnnnnnnn) Jerk at the Movies, from the patron’s POV.

I knew things were going to be bad about ten minutes into the movie. I sat in the very last row with my boyfriend, since, one, it was a pretty small theater, and two, we smuggled in Chinese food. We didn’t want to disturb anybody with the pungent smell that Chinese food can sometimes give off. Read more

I really didn’t think I’d be updating this feature again so quickly, but I really need to right now. Sometimes people can be the biggest jerks without even trying. Jerk! at the Movies #1

Jerk BannerHey all, this is a new feature that I’d like to introduce here at Intermission at Work. It’s called Jerk! at the Movies, and it’s basically going to be a little compilation (I’m thinking weekly) of any bad guests or experiences I might have at the movies! It’ll be a nice little way to vent out some of the frustration sometimes!
